BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of seven (7) copiers for various
departments through the State of Texas Cooperative Purchasing Program in the amount
of $67,911 from the Xerox Corporation. The Purchase Program satisfies the State law
requiring competitive bids. Funds for the purchase are available in the Capital Reserve
Fund.
