RESOLUTION NO. i
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the Police Department to apply for and accept,
if awarded, a grant titled "Community Policing to Combat Domestic Violence" from the
Department of Justice in the amount of$131,926 for personnel, supplies, and equipment
for a Domestic Violence Unit.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1995.
