BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to renew depository agreements
with the following banks specifically for the purchase of time deposits for the period of
October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1997:
Bank One
Community Bank
First Interstate Bank
Lamar Bank
NationsBank
First Bank & Trust
Bank of America
Prime Bank
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
