BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a one year contract
with the Salvation Army and the People's Assistance Coalition for the operation of the
Emergency Shelter on Interstate 10 East and for the renovation of and the handicap
accessible improvements to a facility that will house a day program for homeless persons
that are mentally ill.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1995.
