WHEREAS, bids were received for the repair and repainting of the interior of the
1,000,000 Gallon Elevated Storage Tank located at Liberty and Thirteen Streets; and,
WHEREAS, Coating, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of$184,376.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Coating, Inc.
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Coating, Inc. for the repair and repainting of the interior of the
1,000,000 Gallon Elevated Storage Tank located at Liberty and Thirteen Streets in the
amount of$184,376.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the. -day of
