BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the participation in the Houston-Galveston Area
Council (H-GAC) Cooperative Purchasing Program for the purchase of two (2) mechanical
street sweepers in the amount of$238,457.
