RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from Highway 105 to State Highway 124;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel for improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from
Highway 105 be and the same is hereby approved:
Parcel 45: 0.451 of an acre being Lot 4, Block A, Amelia Heights Addition
(Northeast corner of Washington Boulevard and FM 364/Major Drive)
Appraised Value $5,400.00
Less Improvements Retained: None 0.00
Total Compensation $5,400.00
