WHEREAS, bids were received on September 11, 1995, for the design, fabrication,
and erection of a 400 foot solid member guyed antenna tower for the Communications
Division; and,
WHEREAS, Lumberton Tower Service submitted a bid in the amount of $126,291;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Lumberton
Tower Service should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Lumberton Tower Service for the design, fabrication, and
erection of a 400 foot solid member guyed antenna tower for the Communications Division
in the amount of $126,291 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the /G' ,day of
