BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a one (1) year
contract in the amount of $200,000 with the Southeast Texas Community Development
Corporation, Inc. (SETCDC), the City of Beaumont's designated Community Housing
Development Organization (CHD), to acquire approximately fifty (50) lots in the Charlton-
Pollard neighborhood.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
