BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract between the
Jefferson Theater Preservation Society and the City of Beaumont in the amount of$20,000
for the historical preservation and promotion of tourism to be paid from hotel tax revenues.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1995.
