BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a Drainage Easement
out of the A. Duwe Survey, Abstract No. 459 and the Frederick Bigner Survey, Abstract No.
1 transferring our interest in the easement to Jefferson County Drainage District No. 6 for
the designated Outfall Ditch No. 12.
