WHEREAS, on August 28, 1995 bids were received for a contract to furnish
laboratory testing services for the Water Utilities/Water Reclamation Wastewater Industrial
Pretreatment Program; and,
WHEREAS, T & N Laboratories submitted a bid as follows:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by T & N
Laboratories should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by T & N Laboratories for a contract to furnish laboratory testing
services for the Water Utilities/Water Reclamation Wastewater Industrial Pretreatment
Program in the above-stated amounts be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
