BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to pay an invoice in the amount
of$73,769.97 to International Business Machine Corporation for the renewal of an annual
maintenance contract for the mainframe computers (AS/400) and peripheral equipment
located in City Hall and the Police Department.
