WHEREAS, bids were received on September 11, 1995, for the repair of the
Ashbrook Simon 1.0 Meter Klampress for the Water Reclamation Division; and,
WHEREAS, Ashbrook Corporation submitted a bid in the amount of$51,972; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Ashbrook
Corporation should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Ashbrook Corporation for the repair of the Ashbrook Simon 1.0
Meter Klampress for the Water Reclamation Division in the amount of $51,972.00 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1995.
