WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from Highway 105 to State Highway 124;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel for improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from
Highway 105 be and the same is hereby approved:
Parcel 35: 0.029 of an acre out of Lot 1, Block B, Amelia Heights Addition
(Northeast corner of Pevitot Drive and FM 364)
Appraised Value $ 825.00
Less Improvements Retained: None 0.00
Total Compensation $ 825.00
