RESOLUTION NO. x.5-2.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a two (2) year
contract with Commercial Life Insurance Company for basic life and accidental death
dismemberment and supplemental life and accidental death and dismemberment benefits
with an effective date of January 1, 1996 for the City of Beaumont.
