RESOLUTION NO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a one (1) month
contract with Browning Ferris Industries (B.F.I.) for curbside recycling collection every two
weeks in the amount of$27,200 for the period beginning October 1 through October 31,
1995.
