WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from Highway 105 to State Highway 124;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel for improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from
Highway 105 be and the same is hereby approved:
Parcel 54: 0.118 of an acre out of Lot 11, Block 1, Wescalder Fig Acres Addition
Owners: Mr. and Mrs. Edward C. Burks
Appraised Value: $66,000.00
Less Improvements Retained: 0.00
Total Compensation $66,000.00
