BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept $449.87 from Mr. Donald
H. Taft as full and final payment for weed liens against property described as South 43.5'
of Lot 7, Block 26 of the Jirou Addition to the City of Beaumont, located to the left of 1390
Evalon.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1995.
