BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the following individuals will be investment officials of the City of Beaumont who are
authorized to deposit, withdraw, invest, transfer and manage the City's funds effective
October 1, 1995:
Ray A. Riley, City Manager
Beverly Hodges, Finance Officer
Kandy Daniel, Treasurer
The following individuals will be authorized to request electronic fund (wire) or ACH
transfers of any and all City funds on deposit with Texas Commerce Bank National
Association:
Ray A. Riley, City Manager
Beverly Hodges, Finance Officer
Kandy Daniel, Treasurer
Michaele Lafferty, Deputy Treasurer
The following employees of Municipal Court will be authorized as signatories on the Cash
Bond account number 05007019292 at Texas Commerce Bank National Association:

and Debora Guillory
The following individuals will be authorized as signatories on the Willis Rollinson Inc.
workers comp account number 05007019284 at Texas Commerce Bank National
Association:

The following individuals will be authorized as signatories on the Healthnet Employee
