WHEREAS, on September 11, 1995 bids were received for the purchase of three
(3) grade display systems for the Streets and Drainage Division; and,
WHEREAS, Spectra-Physics Laserplane, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of
$6,348.00 each, less the trade-in of two (2) used levels in the amount of $1,500 each; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Spectra-Physics
Laserplane, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Spectra-Physics Laserplane, Inc. for the purchase of three (3)
grade display systems for the Streets and Drainage Division at a cost of $6,348.00 each,
less the trade-in of two (2) used levels in the amount of $1,500 each be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this thecAZAday of
