WHEREAS, on July 17, 1995 bids were received for the purchase of thirty (30)
laptop computers to be used by the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, C & I Computer Services, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of
$1,950.00 each for thirty (30) Epson Model 660C laptop computers; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by C & I Computer
Services, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by C & I Computer Services, Inc. for the purchase of thirty (30)
Epson Model 660C laptop computers at a cost of $1,950.00 each for use by the Police
Department be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
