WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from Highway 105 to State Highway 124;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels for improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from
Highway 105 be and the same is hereby approved:
Parcel 31: 0.288 acre out of the C. Williams Survey, Abstract 59
Owners: George A. Disman, Jr. and James C. Dishman
Appraised Value: $4,200.00
Less Improvements Retained: 0.00
Total Compensation $4,200.00

Parcel 56: 0.032 acre out of Lot 9, Block 1 of Wescalder Fig Acres Addition
Owner: Birma C. Castle
Appraised Value: $26,200.00
