BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an annual contract for
loss control services with Petrocon Engineering, Inc. effective October 1, 1995 at hourly
charges set out in the proposal with an estimated annual cost of$25,000.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 1995.
