WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Chariton Pollard Neighborhood Revitalization Project, Phase I;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for the Charlton Pollard Neighborhood
Revitalization Project, Phase I be and the same is hereby, approved:
Lot "A", Block 9, Leonard Addition
Appraised Value: $5,800.00
Owner: Emma Mae Baugh
