WHEREAS, bids were received on August 14, 1995 for the repainting of the exterior
of the 1,500,000 Gallon Elevated Storage Tank located in North Beaumont, South of East
Lucas Street; and,
WHEREAS, A-Way Tank Service, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $68,930.00;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by A-Way Tank
Service, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by A-Way Tank Service, Inc. for the repainting of the exterior of
the 1,500,000 Gallon Elevated Storage Tank located in North Beaumont, South of East
Lucas Street in the amount of $68,930.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
