RESOLUTION NO. 5-�?
WHEREAS, bids were received on August 14, 1995 for an annual contract to
provide cement stabilized base for the Streets and Drainage Division; and,
WHEREAS, Transit Mix Concrete & Materials, Co. submitted a bid in the amount
of$14.50 per ton; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Transit Mix
Concrete & Materials, Co. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Transit Mix Concrete & Materials, Co. for an annual contract
to provide cement stabilized base for the Streets and Drainage Division in the amount of
$14.50 per ton be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1995.
