WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from Highway 105 to State Highway 124;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels for improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from
Highway 105 be and the same is hereby approved:
Parcel 34: 0.029 of an acre out of the C. Williams Survey, Abstract 59 (8395
Pevitot Road)
Owner: Mr. and Mrs. Billy Wayne Taylor
Appraised Value: $1,505.00
