BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a License Agreement
with Norman Highway Constructors, Inc. to occupy the tract of land depicted on Exhibit "A"
and described as being part of Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13, Block 1 of the Calder
Highlands Addition for a fee of $75.00 per month for a temporary construction office.
