BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with the
Texas Department of Transportation to receive $246,063.00 in grant assistance from the
State Public Transportation Fund (PTF) to help pay up to 50% of the City's share of FY
1996 operating expenses for the Beaumont Municipal Transit System.
