WHEREAS, the following individuals have tendered a Drainage Easement for the
West Lucas Drive project, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto:
11,034 square foot (40.0 foot wide) Permanent Drainage Easement and a
2,753 square foot (10.0 foot wide) Temporary Construction Easement
Out of the H. Williams Survey (4255 Laurel Avenue)
Owners: Michael A. Phelan and Patrick H. Phelan, Trustees
Appraised Value: $46,200.00
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purchase of said easement and
is of the opinion that the purchase of said easement of property is necessary and desirable
and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the above described easement from the above mentioned
individuals is approved.
