BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Fiscal Year 96 Budget presented to the City Council this day by the City Manager is
hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a public hearing be held at 1:30 p.m. on September
5, 1995 in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Beaumont, Texas on the proposed budget and
the Capital Program as presented by the City Manager to the City Council.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1995.
