WHEREAS, bids were received on July 24, 1995, for furnishing labor, equipment,
materials and supervision for the removal and disposal of asbestos materials from the
vacant LaSalle Hotel; and,
WHEREAS, ECO Environmental, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $69,454;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by ECO
Environmental, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by ECO Environmental, Inc. for furnishing labor, equipment,
materials and supervision for the removal and disposal of asbestos materials from the
vacant LaSalle Hotel in the amount of $69,454 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the day
