WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of two (2) animal control truck
bodies to be installed on two (2) 1995 GMC Sierra trucks; and,
WHEREAS, Swab Wagon Company, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of
$21,190.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Swab Wagon
Company, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Swab Wagon Company, Inc. for the purchase of two (2) animal
control bodies to be installed on two (2) 1995 GMC Sierra trucks in the amount of
$21,190.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1995.
