WHEREAS, bids were received June 19, 1995 for an annual contract for the
purchase of slag base material; and,
WHEREAS, International Mill Service, Inc. submitted a bid as follows:
VENDOR: 0" x 1 - 1/2" 1-1/2" x 3" 2-1/2" x 8"
International Mill Service $ 7.00/ton $ 7.00/ton $ 7.00/ton
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by International Mill
Service, Inc. is the best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by International Mill Service, Inc. for an annual contract for the
purchase of slag base material in the above stated amounts be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
