BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of four (4) mobile data terminals
(MDT) for use in Fire Department vehicles at a cost of $5,166 each from Motorola
Communications and Electronics, Inc. This purchase is exempt from competitive bidding
because it is available from only one source.
