WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Charlton Pollard Neighborhood Revitalization Project, Phase I;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for the Charlton Pollard Neighborhood
Revitalization Project, Phase I be and the same is hereby, approved:
Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 and parts of Lots 5 and 14,
Block 1 of the Flowers Addition
Appraised Value: $30,900.00 (Whole Taking)
Less Improvements: $ 0.00
Total Value: $30,900.00
Owner: Monsignor Kelly High School Foundation, Inc.
