BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to make final payment in the
amount of $72,088.68 to Affolter Contracting Co., Inc. for Remediation and Drainage
Improvements at the Beaumont Fire Training Grounds.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 11995.
