WHEREAS, bids were received for constructural repairs to the Ground Storage
Tank at Loeb; and,
WHEREAS, Zerl's Welding and Fabrication submitted a bid in the amount of
$54,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Zerl's Welding
and Fabrication should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Zerl's Welding and Fabrication for constructural repairs to the
Ground Storage Tank at Loeb in the amount of $54,000.00 be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
