WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Lamb's Office
Products is the best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Lamb's Office Products for an annual contract for office
supplies for all City offices in the above stated amounts, including a 39% discount for
catalogue items, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
