WHEREAS, City Council authorization is requested for the City to accept the
following tract of land from Mr. Jerry Arnold Greenberg, Mr. Barnett Alvin Greenberg and
Mrs. Sylvia G. Friedland for the Charlton Pollard Neighborhood Revitalization Project, as
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto:
All of Lot 7, Block 31 of Arlington Addition
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said donation and is
of the opinion that the acceptance of said donations of property is necessary and desirable
and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept the donation of Mr. Jerry
Arnold Greenberg, Mr. Barnett Alvin Greenberg and Mrs. Sylvia G. Friedland, as
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
