WHEREAS, bids were received April 24, 1995 for Sanitary Sewer System Contract
Number Six, Calder Interceptor Rehabilitation; and,
WHEREAS, Allco, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of$1,141,947.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Allco, Inc.
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Allco, Inc. for Sanitary Sewer System Contract Number Six,
Calder Interceptor Rehabilitation in the amount of$1,141,947.00 be accepted by the City
of Beaumont.
