WHEREAS, on June 3, 1995, sealed bids were received for a six month contract
for the purchase of road oil for the Streets and Drainage Division/Public Works
Department; and,
WHEREAS, the following companies submitted a bids;

and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by Koch Materials
and Dixie Materials should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by Koch Materials and Dixie Materials for a six month contract
for the purchase of road oil for the Streets and Drainage Division/Public Works Department
in the above amounts be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
