WHEREAS, sealed bids were received for the purchase of one used hydraulic
crane for the Water Utilities Department, Water and Sewer Division; and,
WHEREAS, Groves Equipment Rental Company, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount
of$29,500.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Groves
Equipment Rental Company, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Groves Equipment Rental Company, Inc. for the purchase of
one hydraulic crane for the Water Utilities Department, Water and Sewer Division in the
amount of$29,500.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the & day of
