WHEREAS, on Monday, April 3, 1995, sealed bids were received for the purchase
of approximately 1000 meters to be used by the Water Utilities Department, Customer
Service Division; and,
WHEREAS, the following companies submitted bids in the unit prices stated below:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by the companies
above at the unit prices stated should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by Badger Meter, Golden Triangle Pipe, ABB Kent Meters,
International Supply and Rohan Company for the purchase of approximately 1000 water
meters for the Water Utilities Department, Customer Service Division in the unit amounts
stated above be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
