WHEREAS, sealed bids were received for the purchase of two (2) law enforcement
motorcycles for the Beaumont Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, Kawasaki Country, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $18,000.00
for two (2) Kawasaki KZ 1000 P14 motorcycles; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Kawasaki
Country, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Kawasaki Country, Inc. for the purchase of two (2) Kawasaki
KZ 1000 P14 motorcycles for the Police Department in the amount of $18,000.00 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the ,day of
1995.
