WHEREAS, sealed bids were received Monday, May 8, 1995 for reconditioning the
structural steel at Fair Park Coliseum; and,
WHEREAS, Cypress Bayou Industrial Painting, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount
of$209,240; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Cypress Bayou
Industrial Painting, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Cypress Bayou Industrial Painting, Inc. for reconditioning the
structural steel at Fair Park Colisuem in the amount of$209,240 be accepted by the City
of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract for such
work.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the day
