WHEREAS, on Monday, March 27, 1995, sealed bids were received for building
additions to the Water Department's Service Center located at 1350 Langham Road; and,
WHEREAS, Cleveco submitted a bid in the amount of$57,208; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Cleveco should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Cleveco for building additions to the Water Department's
Service Center located at 1350 Langham Road in the amount of$57,208 be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 1 day of
