WHEREAS, sealed bids were received for carpet and tile installation for the first
floor of City Hall; and,
WHEREAS, Orange County Building Materials submitted a bid in the amount of
$18,950.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Orange County
Building Materials should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Orange County Building Materials for carpet and the installation
for the first floor of City Hall in the amount of $18,950.00 be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1995.
