BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an Amendatory
Pipeline Right-of-Way Agreement and a Release Agreement. The Amendatory Pipeline
Right-of-Way Agreement will grant an easement for the replacement pipeline. The
Release Agreement will release the section of the abandoned pipeline on a portion of the
City's Water Utilities Service Contract out of Tracts 4, 5, and 6, Block X' of the Thomas
H. Langham Estate out of the Charles Williams Survey, as described on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes.
